1. Introduction and Acceptance
1.1 Agreement to Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Krishi Circle mobile application, website, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you enter into a legally binding agreement with Muditron Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Muditron", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must not use our Services.

Our Services include but are not limited to:

• Veterinary Services: Connect with certified poultry veterinarians
• Marketplace: Buy and sell poultry farming supplies, equipment, and livestock
• Educational Hub: Access farming guides, best practices, and expert content
• Alert System: Receive disease outbreak notifications and weather alerts2.3 Service Availability
Services are available 24/7, subject to:
• Scheduled maintenance (with prior notice when possible)
• Emergency maintenance

3.1 Eligibility Requirements
• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• Parental Consent: Users aged 13-17 may use the Services only with verifiable parental/guardian consent

You agree to:
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information
• Provide valid mobile number for OTP verification
• Submit to identity verification when required
• Not create multiple accounts without permission
• Not share account credentials3.4 Account Security
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• We may suspend accounts showing suspicious activity
• Use strong passwords and enable two-factor authentication when available3.5 Farm Verification

• Queries: Questions seeking farming advice or solutions4.3 Prohibited Content (Zero Tolerance)

• Pornographic or sexually explicit material (violation of IT Act Section 67)
• Child sexual abuse material (immediate law enforcement referral)
• Content promoting terrorism or extremism
• Sale of banned pesticides or restricted chemicals
• Counterfeit products or fraudulent schemes#### 4.3.2 Harmful Content
• Animal cruelty or abuse
• Dangerous farming practices that could cause harm
• Misinformation about diseases or treatments
• Unverified medical advice or prescriptions
• Content promoting illegal wildlife trade#### 4.3.3 Privacy Violations
• Sharing others' personal information without consent
• Farm location details without owner permission
• Financial information or transaction details
• Private consultation records or prescriptions
• Photographs of individuals without consent#### 4.3.4 Commercial Abuse
• Spam or repetitive promotional content
• Pyramid schemes or MLM recruitment
• False advertising or misleading claims
• Price manipulation or market hoarding
• Unauthorized resale of prescription medicines4.4 Content Moderation
• We use automated and manual moderation
• Content may be pre-screened or post-reviewed
• Reported content reviewed within 24-48 hours
• Appeals process available for removed content
• Repeat violations lead to progressive penalties4.5 User Conduct Rules
Users must not:
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users

• Available via video call, voice call, or chat

• Emergency consultation priority queue5.2 Veterinarian Standards
All veterinarians must:
• Hold valid BVSc & AH degree or equivalent
• Maintain active state veterinary council registration
• Complete platform verification process
• Undergo periodic quality assessments
• Maintain minimum 4.0 rating (on 5.0 scale)5.3 Consultation Process

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Muditron, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from:
